End of Life Doula, Ceremony Dreamer, & Funeral Planner
End of Life Doula
Death Midwife, Death Doula
This sacred work goes by many names—end-of-life doula, death doula, death midwife—but at its heart, it’s about presence, compassion, and support during one of life’s most profound transitions.
As a death doula, I walk alongside individuals and their loved ones as they navigate the final chapter of life. Just as a birth doula supports the arrival of new life, I offer calm, comfort, and grounded guidance at life’s end.
My role is non-medical, deeply personal, and always tailored to the unique needs of those I serve. Whether it’s emotional support, spiritual reflection, practical planning, or simply sitting in silence—I do my best to show up with care and intention, honoring each journey as it unfolds.

FAQs
What exactly does a death doula do?
A death doula provides emotional, spiritual, and practical support around the end of life. This can include legacy projects, vigil planning, sitting bedside, helping coordinate care, or simply offering a calming presence during a tender time.
When should someone reach out to a death doula?
Anytime. Some people connect months or years in advance; others during hospice or the final weeks. It’s never too early or too late to begin a supportive conversation.
Do you provide medical or legal advice?
No. While I work closely with families and care teams, I don’t replace medical professionals or legal advisors. I complement their care with heart-centered, holistic support.
Do you work with people of all beliefs and backgrounds?
Yes. I honor all spiritual paths (or none), cultural traditions, identities, and family structures. My role is to support your values and wishes.
Can you help plan a non-traditional funeral or ceremony?
Absolutely. I specialize in co-creating unique, personal rituals—from forest gatherings to living memorials to quiet family vigils. Whatever helps tell your story with love and truth.
How do your services work—are they hourly or by package?
I offer both hourly rates and sliding-scale packages based on your needs. Please reach out for a free consultation and we can explore what feels right for you.
